These Terms and Conditions govern the return policy for free gifts associated with purchases made on small-appliances-uk.haier-europe.com . By making a purchase and receiving a free gift, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility for Return:

  - Only the main purchased product is eligible for a return in accordance with our standard return policy.

Free Gift Return Policy:

  - Free gifts received with a purchase are considered promotional items and have no monetary value.

  - Customers returning the main purchased product are NOT eligible to receive any monetary compensation, refund, or store credit in lieu of the free gift.

  - We do not accept returns or exchanges for free gifts, and they cannot be sold or redeemed for cash.

In the event that a customer is given a product free of charge and there is no stock left to repair or replace the product the customer will not be eligible for an additional refund or exchange, as the product is considered a free gift.

Condition of Returned Products:

  - The main purchased product and its packaging, if applicable, must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

  - Products returned in unsatisfactory condition may not be eligible for a refund

Refund Process:
